For the first time since their show together for the FOX affiliate in St. Louis, Mark, Matt K. and Andy E. are back together behind the microphone to take on the biggest stories (and kinda interesting ones) of the week.
With many a person working two jobs in the USA, the US Gov has decided to potentially raise the minimum wage. This has irritated the conservative businessmen of America and they are out in full force against the raise in pay. So our esteemed panel of hosts and guests will talk about the plan increase and what it means to all the hardworking people of the country.
Then, fresh off the heels of the Trayvon Martin case in Florida, a Missouri man decides to put property rights and defending yourself to the test as he shoots and kills a man for peeing on his property during a break on a float trip on the Meremec River. Was the man in his rights to defend his property or was this a case of mistaken machismo that went wrong. Two Conservatives and a Moderate/Liberal will discuss and break down all the angles for you.
Also, our favorite angry homosexual movie critic decides to bring the thunder on Pacific Rim and Warm Bodies. So where does Bill stand on these precious gems from Hollywood...tune in a listen to him take a couple shots at the works of art.
Well when the powers that be decide that its okay to have a BLACK ONLY historical college, Mark and Justin discuss the ability for a WHITE ONLY college or school is an option. And all this because a fan decided to write a question that they thought would be good to ask...sheesh!
But before they get there, Mark and Justin welcome SAL WOODS on to the show to discuss his upcoming MMA Match for the MMA Federation in St. Louis on June 22nd.
Also, the guys welcome Bill Delaney again to talk about the new Star Trek: Into the Darkness movie that he just watched. Mark is excited to hear about this, but they never quite get there since the talk turns to remakes and re-imaginings in Hollywood. They guys all talk abou their favorite and least favorite remakes of all time. So do you think yours was mentioned...listen and find out.
Real Radio, Real Honest.....its the Q! Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
On this episode titled "Fallout", that is exactly what we are dealing with. Jeremy comes back on the show a week after his legendary one-on-one with Travis Cook to discuss the amounts of hate mail the show received (all from angry Conservatives that like "Hanging that POTUS from the HIGHEST TREE possible") after Travis' somewhat veiled racist comments at the end of the debate. Also, Justin has some things to get off his chest regarding the Boston Marathon Bombings, so he discusses the fallout of that too. But eventually all bets are off as we all discuss the potential rights/wrongs of smoking bans and why company's have to buy liquor licensing and things like that.
Its a raucous episode of the Q and the OVERTIME doesn't dissappoint as the gentlemen do a few more minutes discussing the top 3 movies for them respectively in the 1990's and 1980's.
Mark and Justin are starting this weeks show off with the breakdown of the new budget plan proposed by the POTUS. Including raising the minimum wage to $9. All sound good and the guys discuss why Obama is so willing to work across the aisle since the way he was treated in the 2012 election by the vitriolic TEA PARTY and CONSERVATIVE members of Capitol Hill. This leads to discussion on the generational gap between the people that are hurting and the ones that have money. This leads to a letter from a listener about the whole "It takes a village mentality" that seems to be missing in 2013.
Then the discussion switches to new things that Mark Learned in the past week regarding everything from Mt. Everest to Mr. Rogers. And the two touch on the fact that Jeremy's challenge from Travis Cook was accepted.
Finally the show is rounded out by a discussion of Narcissism and Racism. The borderline vernacular people use to skirt their racist tendencies and where the line between a word that was once racist becomes desensitized to the population and becomes part of the common everyday speech.
Its time for THE Q....Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
On this episode of the show...Robb Davis comes a calling to collect his Superbowl bet, but there was never a pot setup to win...so he wants blood and the listeners to come up with ways Mark can pay the debt. Also he talks a little sports too.
Then it is on to the next set of business as Mark and Justin decide to breakdown Mark's incessant bitching about Bloggers, Podcasters and everything in between. Not to mention a little back an forth regarding a 9 YEAR OLD GIRL that GIVES BIRTH! And eventually our two tried and true stallions of entertainment get around to asking those really important life questions of Justin. All this and so much more on this weeks episode of The Q...Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
Mike Parsons and Robb Davis decide to join Mark for this shortened (due to compromise) final episode of 2012. The guys look back on the year including the death of Whitney Houston, Bounty Gate, face eating zombies in Florida and school shootings in CT. Also, let us not forget that it was also the the first year of Mark and Mike being a part of the Too Heavy to Skydive fantasy podcast league. Mark finally releases his feelings on beating out two other podcasts (hopefully they won't try in 2013 or the same results might ensue). And finally, the guys pick their story of the year for you all to remember. So take a trip with them back down memory lane as THE Q breaks down 2012!
Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
TAKE OUT BIG BIRD! Wow the sh-t hit the fan this past show when Mark is joined by Matt Krueger and noted conservative John Scheper to discuss the recent presidential debates and how Mitt Romney decided to fire off a few rounds in the direction of PBS and their figureheads (one being the BIG YELLOW BIRD!). But the fun didn't only come from there! Mark was joined early in the show by Fred Slow of Too Heavy to Skydive to discuss the upcoming Krista Roberson benefit in Alton and Mark breaks down sports...much to Fred's dismay! Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11! Real Radio, Real Honest...its the Q!
On this episode, Mark is join by FRED SLOW of Too Heavy to Skydive to discuss the upcoming FANTASY FOOTBALL season that Fred has put together for a few podcasts out there. And Mark is in the hunt with his fantasy team consisting of players like Christian Okoye (LOL). On top of that Fred discusses a friend of his that is stricken with a rare disease and enlists the help of Mark and The Q listeners to help bring some attention to the drive to help her out financially (below is a link to the fund). Also, a little talk about Insane Clown Posse AGAIN (though this is hilarious) and former Olympian Carl Lewis talks trash on Usain Bolt, but Mark doesn't understand why. All this and much more on this episode of The Q. Taking Talk radio and turning it up to 11!

On this Episode of the show we have 1 1/2 hours fun to burn through. In the first half of the show, Mark is joined by Tony Cabral to talk about a father that is refusing to let his sick daughter go to Disneyland....find out why! Plus the two jump into movies and discussing the upcoming Wizard of Oz prequel!
Then it switches gears to the second half where Mark is joined by Fred Slow of Too Heavy to Skydive, Travis Cook "Americas Evil Genius" and the one and only Professional Wrestling SUPERFAN "MATTERIFIC". And things get off to a BANG when Mark, Travis and Matterific start discussing the President Obama speech about Small Business! Mark and Matt claim that its all about money and not about America, Travis agrees but says its about America too. But it gets deeper than that! Take a listen and let us know what you think via the comments section below or through email!
On this episode of THE Q...Finally, Fred Slow calls in and accepts the HORSE challenge from Mark! Mark has been relentless in his attempts to get Fred to take him on in any basketball game possible and it happens on the 75th episode of the show. Also...Mark explains the worst places to work according to a new survey amd Mark discusses Casey Anthony rearing her head again. All this and much more...enjoy!
