Anthony Cabral makes his long awaited LIVE in studio return to the Q just in time to discuss the Charlie Hebdo situation with Mark and Producer Bobby. Mark decides to make play and give a very direct and honest opinion of the situation that seems quite polarizing to say the least. Anthony and the guys discuss the background of the famed French satire magazine and how long they have been on the radar of radical islamic terrorist groups.
Also, a former guest and friend of the show named KOBA also phones in announced to Mark (a Producer Bobby Special) to discuss his new book available on Amazon called "1000 Facts about Sex and Love". KJ (his author name) breaks down what led to writing this book and some of his more favorite facts in the book. This leads to Bobby and Tone going out of their way to find other hilarious sex facts that they discuss.
Finally Mark is the biggest defender of Ted Nugent, even though they politcally differ. After interviewing him a few years back, Mark became a fan of his no holds barred opinions and verbal tirades. But eveidently, Uncle Ted has stepped over the line when he decided to attack mentally handicapped people and their troubles. While promoting his upcoming appearance on the new Sarah Palin Show Uncle Ted let go with some not so nice things and this grabs the ire Mark and the crew. Definitely a hot button issue.
Plus the guys do a little OVERTIME leading to Tone talking about his relationship and how he met his girlfriend. Real Radio, Real Honest....It's the Q!

Oh does the Q have a treat for all of you! On this amazing episode Mark and the crew are get a visit from Julia Gordon-Bramer the Tarot reader that has been blazing trails in psychic ability for many years! Mark orginally tells Producer Bobby that he is interested in getting someone with psychic ability to come on the show and do future readings for the cast...and without fail, Bobby finds Julia that fast!
Julia is from Washington, DC and the crew gets into discussing her background and a little bit about some psychic ability within Mark's family. From there, the show is joined by a familiar caller to Julia who jumps on to get a reading about her relationship she is involved in. It might not have been the best place since Mark, Bobby, Dan and the returning Lucy Mendez jump in to offer up funny insights of how she should interpret the reading that Julia gives to her.
Next up its time for the Q crew to get their readings and it is freakily spot on. Dan is told he is all about making his own way in the world and he authenticates that. Then Lucy is poised for some business changes in her world. Bobby is going to be taking a trip and Mark seems to be hitting his stride in his career. But all of that was unknown to Julia and with Lucy showing up last minute, there is no way for Julia or the show to know she was coming (so they definitely cold readings). Very entertaining and fun episode with a hint of Business Ethics at the beginning!

Kenny Kinds brings his unique comedic stylings to the Q presented by FOTO.com . Kinds has been working on the STL scene for a few years but recently has been on a hot streak opening for Dave Chappelle at the Pageant and hosting the hottest comedy show in the area called "Sorry Please Continue..." .
Everything starts off decently until the topic of FERGUSON is brought up. Mark, Dan, Kenny and Producer Bobby discuss in vibrant description the story of a teacher fired for tweeting some racially charged comments during her free time. Also they touch on a side to Kenny that many probably don't get to see when he gives his personal deep feelings regarding racial tensions and the thoughts on Ferguson as a black man that tries to make people laugh all the time (trust me those things are in direct contrast to each other).
Next, Kenny Kinds is thrown into the Q Hot Seat to answer his 5 questions that are randomly chosen when the guest gets to the studio. Kenny enjoys the process so much he starts creating his own trademark "hotseat" chime and producer Bobby is only too excited to oblige and put the sound effect in the countdown.
Finally, Dan Walsh and Kenny Kinds flex their trivia muscles in a showdown. Evidently, Kenny Kinds is some sort of minutia champion because he starts to answer questions before we even finish asking him. Does he get them right or wrong? Well sit back and find out. And don't forget you can call into and leave a message on our phone line 347-974-0958...if it is something we like, we will play it on the air for everyone to hear.

MAGIC UNDERWEAR!!! On this episode of the show, Mark, Dan and Producer Bobby welcome Alyssa and Julian from CollegeCrap.org to talk about their website that supplies college kids with everything they need during their college time.
The conversation turns to religion when Producer Bobby hits our guest Julian up about being a Mormon. This is leads to a conversation about a section of their religion that has to do with special undergarments. Julian teaches all of about the world of being a Mormon.
Next, a group of protestors and activist in Ferguson decided to put out a list of "RULES OF ENGAGEMENT" for how the police should handle the protestors once the Mike Brown verdict comes down. Dan, being a former soldier has worked under the guise of Rules of Engagement during the Iraq war, and it is dicussed that usually those are rules of war (negative mostly). Mark discusses that talking objectively about Ferguson and the goings on there do not make a person racist. Also the setup of the protestors leading up to a indictment charge seems to be off.
All this and much more, plus OVERTIME on this special epsiode of The Q! Real Radio...REAL HONEST!

Oh the annual Halloween show is upon us and even though this year didn't go specifically as planned, there is still a fantastic show (with OVERTIME) for you to sink your teeth into!
The show starts with Janice Tremeear, the author of the Haunted Route 66 books to discuss her favorite stories and how she entered into the world of writing about spirits and ghosts. Janice tells that her favorite story isn't even one she's written in any books. So of course that puts Producer Bobby on edge immediately.
From there, the team jumps in discussing their Ghost stories. Producer Bobby discusses an eerie story that happens every year on a family members death date. Dan Walsh imparts a tale about the TV in his bedroom and a very interesting figure that appears since he was a kid. And Mark throws down two stories. One about the caverns of the Lemp Brewery and a top hatted man that him and a friend encountered one night. As well as a story about a shotgun house in South City that sits in the shadow of the Alexian Brothers old hospital (where the EXORCIST was based).
Then on with some show business as the talk of Child Molester dating Mama June from Honey Boo Boo grabs the attention of the show and Mark makes a heartfelt plea to not elect any Tea Party candidates on the November 4th elections. Finally they wrap up discussing their favorite horror movies and a little overtime with a "pleasure bullet" that you don't want to miss. All this and much more on the HALLOWEEN 2014 episode of The Q....Real Radio, Real Honest!

On this episode of the Q, Mark, Bobby and Dan are joined by Jeremy Hellwig of the "Sorry Please Continue" comedy show. Jeremy joins the show to discuss the show, his life behind the scenes and his time he spent in China teaching English. Of course, when the chinese fans of the Q find out, they want to interact with Jeremy and discuss some chinese things. Then Mark talks about a situation at a Haunted house where the clowns decided that it was sexy time when it clearly wasn't.
Then the show moves on to discussing Veterans and whether they earn the rights and "extras" that they get in society after returning. Mark and Dan get into a discussion of parking spaces and the veterans that don't necessarily do the work that garners that true "veteran" status. This is all because Dan brings up a story about how Michael Savage verbally destroyed veterans on his show recently. Also Producer Bobby doesn't agree with Marks thoughts on waiting till late in your 20's to get married, so that turns into something too!
Finally there is some discussion regarding the special Halloween show (next episode) and then there are also some oddities that happen through the broadcast. Mark hears them but the others don't. This freaks out Bobby who tells a story from earlier in the day regarding a suspicious individuals going around the station. All this and much more on The Q!

THERE WERE WMD's in IRAQ AFTERALL....This is a tough pill for Mark to swallow, but he brings it up and discusses that he was wrong....Now he doesn't mince words and bring up the fact that they weren't WMD's in relation to why we went to Iraq in 2003, but he always claimed there were none ever. And that is why Mark graciously wipes off the Egg on his face. Dan Walsh decides to come clean as a veteran and discuss some of the things he saw with his own eyes while stationed in Iraq to add a little kick to the injury of egg.
Next things get out of hand when Mark decides to start talking about how inviting the corner sink in an airplane restroom looks to tall people like himself. Producer Bobby can't handle it and Lucy is just taken aback by the conversation. This leads to an interesting discussion of weirdest time or place each member used the restroom and bobby has a story about his past sexual exploitations. Then.....EVERYTHING GOES TO HELL.... Mark has to wrangle the team in and teach them live on air why they can't just go off and cuss. And man does it get out of control. Mark starts talking about the GAMERGATE situation that has been trending underground and on Social for about a week and whether it is important at all.
Finally, sans OVERTIME, Producer Bobby has a new game regarding string Orchestra music and Lucy opts out to make it a One on One between Mark and Walsh. Will Mark make it or will Walsh be the supreme victor...listen to find out.

Brittany Maynard is 29 years old and has a terminal brain disease. She has decided that on November 1, 2014 she will end her life in Oregon with a pill that is allowed to be taken in the state as a part of self euthanasia. No doctor can help her, but they are allowed to be present during the moment. Maynard moved her entire family from San Francisco up to Oregon to take advantage of the law that allows her to proceed with such a decision. Well on the heels of this situation, the discussion about people being allowed to take their own life as long as the decision is made by them of sound mind, is now back in the national spotlight and The Q crew takes it on directly. Where do you stand on people taking their own life? Listen and hear the emotional discussion that accompanies this story.
Also the team talks about Marks unbelievable WALMART trip that ended with him yelling at a store manager....listen and find out how badly (legitimately) a store employee stepped over the line of decency and couthe. Plus this leads to a discussion about other cast members bad experiences in places of business. See who has had it bad in the past!
Finally we get a visit from our favorite world leader (who also tends to be drunk) Vallory Putin [sic], Bobby has another game of "When was this" and the guys/lady discuss some of the urban legends and unsolved mysteries that have enthralled them over the years. And don't forget OverTime!

Fake outrage is the thing on the interwebz today and unfortunately Mark, Bobby, Lucy and Dan deal with it a lot on the Q. In fact if it weren't for fake outrage from the political spectrum, the chances of the Q being successful are slim to none. But it exists and Mark has had it up to here with it on social media, the web and in the media. Mark discusses how there is a constant stream of it and how this played into the current situation in Ferguson, with ISIS and many other aspects of life in 2014.
Also on the show, an actress from the movie Django Unchained, Daniele Watts, was acosted by the police in outside a hollywood soundstage and once again the video went viral of the interaction with the police. But thats not the only one...a Fire Fighter from Oakland was also involved in a officer called situation that made the news and it was stated that it was "racially motivated". These two incidents have audio and video the team breaks down on the show to discuss whether the current rash of "against the police" feelings are justified. Are the police out of control or is it just a situation of fake outrage playing into the heads of people since the Ferguson situation.
Finally Producer Bobby and Mark bring up a movie they recently watched called "Gods Not Dead". Mark, Dan and Lucy discuss with Bobby the virtues of Christian based movies. This leads to a much deeper and longer discussion about the virtues of Religion in 2014 and where some of the stories come from within the bible and then it takes a turn for the serious. Mark decides to present a somewhat controversial view from a religious aspect in regards to some of the bigger stories of the year. This leads to very in depth talk about religious values and how religion should view certain things based off the general beliefs taught in church. Definitely a interesting thing to hear and very thought provoking.

Well things are getting back to normal around the Q show, Lucy and Producer Bobby are back and then all of a sudden, Hurricane Rai Rai blows in. Rai Evans from the Lifetime TV show BAPs jumps in to talk about the tragic decision by Lifetime to cancel the TV series. But now that the show is technically "off", she pulls off the proverbial gloves and discusses her dislike for certain members of the cast.
This leads to Mark and Rai Rai having a very brazen and direct discussion about the MTV Video awards and the horrible performance and song decision by Beyonce on her lifetime achievment award. Rai Rai becomes the ultimate defender of Beyonce and things definitely get heated in the Studios of 1380 in STL. Rai Rai goes on the offensive and decides to challenge Mark's music taste.
Then for the 3rd week in a row, the town of Ferguson, MO rears its ugly head on the show as Mark, Bobby, Lucy and Rai Rai discuss Rai's involvement down in the riot area during the hottest moments of the sitaution. It's alright though, they don't beat the horse to death and just talk about race issues. Mark goes on a rant about "citizen journalist" and people claiming to be "indie journalist" when they aren't.
Finally, the show calms down a bit but they do letters from the listeners and Mark reads another awesome hate mail sent to him because of show 182. All this and much more on the Q!
