TLC has been taking the time out of their normal TV stylings the past few years to try some unique programming....well one of those programs is called The Next Great Baker and we welcomed St. Louis natives Al Watson and Lia Weber who are representing on the newest season of the show. They discuss what its like to film a reality show and our Dan Walsh gives great insight from his years on MTV's Road Rules and the Challenges. Plus they talk with the two about working with the cake boss himself, Buddy Valastro.
Then we switch gears a little bit, because finally our guy Corey of Strange Donuts decides to join us and talk about what its like to have a successful donut company that also garners national attention on TV. We find out where his love of donuts comes from, how he found his partners to build the business and some of the less than stellar attempts at companies prior to the donuts taking off. Corey discusses his background in marketing and eventually Mark and Dan (with Producer Bobby against it) present him with their new sister company to the Donut shop. Find out what they call it.
Mark also decides that he has had enough with Cecil Whittakers Pizzeria in the St. Louis area and throws the gauntlet down. Have you ever been hit with a delivery charge from one of these delivery companies for a restaraunt? You would think that they are giving the delivery charge to the driver, but NOPE....and Cecil Whittakers is brazen about explaining their delivery charge is completely a bonus charge the drivers don't touch. Listen in to find out the stance and what everyone else thinks.

Another week and another amazing show for all the Q fans out there. And trust us, we don't hold back in the least on this episode of the Q.
Mark, Dan and Bobby start off dicussing a little sports, but mostly a list of 10 stereotypes that people from Missouri apply to. Well this sends Mark and Dan off on their soapbox to discuss the stupidity of many hoosier Missouri people and their need to push that hoosier on others around them.
From there the shows really starts to pick up cause the guys are joined by World War 2 veteran and paratrooper James "Jim" Martin (pictured above). The 93 year old joins the guys to discuss what his beliefs on todays USA are, as well as his background in the military and what it was like during the second World War. Finally, the guys touch on Rush Limbaugh and discuss how Glenn Beck has decided to let everyone know that Liberals were right about the Iraw War. Plus they are joined on this little by none other than their favorite 5 ft tall man with 15 ft tall words, Charles "TalkofSTL" Anderson.
First the guys decide to recap something that happened since the hiatus, the Roller Coaster Race 5k. Even though Bobby and Mark touched on it, Dan Walsh never got his say and it doesn't take much time for him to hit his stride regarding it.
Then the guys are joined by inventor Dan Nietzel from Fighting Chance Solutions. He is a working middle school teacher that doesn't like the fear of gun fire on a daily basis and decided to do some thing about it. So he created "The Sleeve" which is a manual metal sleeving system to go over door arms in class rooms, or any room, and quickly dead bolt a door from being entered. The guys jump on and talk with Dan about his career and the invention that could save thousands of lives some day.
Finally the guys discuss the infamous Bowe Bergdahl case from the past few weeks. The former military man is part of a 1 for 5 trade with the Taliban just to get him out of POW status....But the world of conservatives is up in arms because they claim that Bergdahl, and so do some of his military crew, is anti-USA and a known flake when it comes to situations like this. They all claim he deserted his post and is working with the enemy...so we break it down with our military mind Dan Walsh and get to the truth (or whatever that might look like).

Things like: What if a neighbors fruit falls into my yard and I use it, do I have to ask their permission to have it? Or something like.....I got a girlfriend who is sure we are going to get pregnant and have a baby soon, she feels she deserves a mothers day gift, should I get her one? Think deep and hard about those and the other questions presented on the show.
Finally, Mark has decided to jump in feet first and discuss the value of country music in 2014.
