Well Producer Bobby definitely let the cat out of the bag on this episode of The Q. When he gets a phone call about a champion wanting to come on the show, he jumps at the chance to surprise Mark and the team. But when the veil is lifted on the guest, it is none other than Dynamo Pro Champion Ricky Cruz! The bane of Mark's existence in the world of pro-wrestling.
Bland and Cruz immediately get off on a shaky start when their vitriol for each other is evident in their conversation. But Bland tries to push forward regardless of their dislike and discuss the upbringing and world of professional wrestling in Puerto Rico where Cruz hails from.
Then its time for business. Mark discusses the background of Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops and how he feels they are just fronts for a lifestyle as opposed to the go to spot for a specific need that you can't facilitate anywhere else. This leads to a discussion about hoosiers and their needs. Next up the peeps jump into discussing the recent city hall meeting that Ferguson held where people where up in arms about the situation regarding Mike Brown and the riots. You gotta hear where this goes.
Finally Mark, Dan, Ricky, Bobby and Lucy jump in head first into the Ray Rice domestic violence issue and how the NFL did or didn't do a good job handling the punishment of their athlete. But did Rice deserve the punishment in the first place? Was the NFL out of line for indefinitely suspending the Raven until further notice? And what about the fines/punishments levied against other NFL players in the past few years for potentially bigger or smaller (depending on your view) infractions.
All this and much, much more are waiting in this episode of THE Q!

Short episode this week. Mark and Bobby are once again Walsh-less, as Dan is taking some time off for personal reasons. But that doesn't stop the train from rolling on.
Mark starts off with a rant about kids and how they treat their neighborhoods and neighbors a like after watching them trash the street in front of his house. But this leads to a bigger picture in the end.
It's also Prom season and of course every year there is a new story about some prom going awry or people picketing a school for certain beliefs. From there its on to a couple stories that are unique in a babysitter that lets things get way out of hand and finally some gun talk and discussion about Chipotle and their new decision to ask gun owners to not bring their firearms into the restaurants. Next up, the guys take some letters from the listeners and try to has through some of their more pressing issues. Things like: What if a neighbors fruit falls into my yard and I use it, do I have to ask their permission to have it? Think deep and hard about those and the other questions presented on the show.
Finally, Mark has decided to jump in feet first and discuss the value of country music in 2014. Find out what he is ranting about in regards to their constant need to sing about things in the most simplistic terms and from time periods they never lived in. Do we still go dirt road dancing in 2014...he thinks not! Plus another week and Game ON/Game OFF is back and in full effect.

But then its back to reality and Mark is on the warpath to explain to people in this this world that they should focus on what they know best and not discuss things they are not up-to-date and researched on. Mark's basis for argument is that a lot of people are on social media discussing Russian and the Ukraine, yet they are completely blind to the backgrounds and reasons why these things are happening....BUT THAT DOESN'T STOP THEM FROM TALKING LIKE THEY ARE PART OF THE SITUATION DIRECTLY! This comes on the heels of Mark doing some housekeeping at the front of the show to discuss some social media issues he was having as well discussing the fact that the Benghazi conspiracy should be finished after their last attempt was flushed out by a special senate committee that came back and said it was simply miscommunication and a lack of forethought from the everyone involved...there was no STAND DOWN call ever attempted.
