Its another swing around the old Pro-Wrestling game again for Mark and his guest Jovan Bibbs! The two men, along with producer Bobby, welcome Impact Wrestling Superstar AUSTIN ARIES to the Q to discuss his career inside and outside the ring. Discussing Austin's eventual plans after the wrestling business to hopefully break into the music business. Plus a little tug of war trying to get Austin to discuss potentially winning a title in another company and the unique answer he gives to that plight. Plus the men talk about their favorite tag teams growing up and memorable moments from their wrestling childhoods.
Then it is full stream ahead with The Q. Syria decides in a weird turn of events to just turn over Sarin gas weapons to Russia after a couple weeks of the USA explaining that they are thinking of a military strike. Then a discussion on a new show making some noise on the boob tube called "Under the Dome" and a chit chat about Jovan, Mark and Bobby's favorite TV shows ensues, including a show called Doomsday Preppers..
Mark and Jovan talk about playing in a charity basketball a few months back and how Mark completely dominated the competition (sigh). Finally they talk about Jovan's career as a comic and some of the perils of being in the comedy business. Also, some discussions on questions that white people have for black people and vice versa. Throw in a smidge of Letters and questions from the listeners and you have yourself an action paced show. Sit back and enjoy the new episode of The Q!
On this episode titled "Fallout", that is exactly what we are dealing with. Jeremy comes back on the show a week after his legendary one-on-one with Travis Cook to discuss the amounts of hate mail the show received (all from angry Conservatives that like "Hanging that POTUS from the HIGHEST TREE possible") after Travis' somewhat veiled racist comments at the end of the debate. Also, Justin has some things to get off his chest regarding the Boston Marathon Bombings, so he discusses the fallout of that too. But eventually all bets are off as we all discuss the potential rights/wrongs of smoking bans and why company's have to buy liquor licensing and things like that.
Its a raucous episode of the Q and the OVERTIME doesn't dissappoint as the gentlemen do a few more minutes discussing the top 3 movies for them respectively in the 1990's and 1980's.
On this episode of the Q, Mark has a hodge podge of guest lined up to make you shiver with fun! First up is the "Cracker behind the Glass" Robb Davis to talk sports with us for an hour. We discuss the famous Buffalo Bills of the early 1990's and the NBA's future as David Stern steps down. Plus you know their was some fun to be had since Mark doesn't follow sports past Pro-Wrestling...
Which leads to the action packed second half where mark is joined by Justin Deming and John Scheper! Justin jumps in for the first half of part two so they can talk with TNA Impact Wrestling susperstar TARA about her career and their coming to the LOU for a show! Then Mark brings up Benghazi and his opinion on the controversial Embassy situation in Libya. That grabs the ire of John Scheper and the three get down to business! All this and much more awaits you.
Matt Krueger stops by to join the fray as we sit down and talk shop with TNA Superstar James Storm! James discusses his early days in the business and swaps stories with Mark (a former wrestler of sorts). He also makes a move for THE Q's #1 sponsor American Patriot Beer! Plus, in a very unprecedented move, and because we love our fans more than anything, James answers direct questions from the fans. You won't get that on any other broadcast, including wrestling broadcasts!
But the fun doesn't stop there. Mark still has problems with the conservatives for picking on Pizza restaurant owners and then Mark says one of the more controversial things (really ain't that bad, unless you HATE Obama) ever on the show. And finally, what is LEGAL currently that people feel should be ILLEGAL....find out all this and more on this edition of THE Q. Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
