Episode 169 - Honolulu

Oh Hawaii! That beautiful state where you can be a police officer and do things no other state can do! Once again Dan Walsh is MIA with Vladimir Putin putting on amazing shows around the world, but that doesn't stop Mark and Bobby from digging in arms deep to the whole Hawaii situation with their cops being able to legally have sex.

Next up, the guys take some letters from the listeners and try to has through some of their more pressing issues. Things like: What if a neighbors fruit falls into my yard and I use it, do I have to ask their permission to have it? Or something like.....I got a girlfriend who is sure we are going to get pregnant and have a baby soon, she feels she deserves a mothers day gift, should I get her one? Think deep and hard about those and the other questions presented on the show.

Finally, Mark has decided to jump in feet first and discuss the value of country music in 2014. Find out what he is ranting about in regards to their constant need to sing about things in the most simplistic terms and from time periods they never lived in. Do we still go dirt road dancing in 2014...he thinks not! Plus another week and Game ON/Game OFF is back and in full effect.

Episode 139 - Obama-Cares

On this Episode of the Q, Matt Krueger joins Mark and Producer Bobby to discuss the Government shutdown and the implications that it has. Of course during the discussion, the purpose for the shutdown comes into focus and the republicans need to kill off ObamaCare becomes the new discussion on the show.

Mark tries to explain to Matt, Bobby and the listeners that there is a lot of bad information floating around the water coolers nationally and tries to set the table for some of the things that people believe but are just not true. Including where to go and battling the conservative nature of Matt to look unfavorably on everything that the President of the US attempts.

Then with the finale of Breaking Bad in the books, Mark and Bobby try to hip you to some other shows you can look into, to occupy your time while waiting for the Walking Dead or some of the other heavy hitters to come back into season. The guys discuss some of the newer and better old shows that are available via Netflix and other streaming/traditional distribution styles.

All this plus a couple letters from the listeners and Bobby with his new News segment, its a packed show guaranteed to keep you happy. So take a listen to the Q!.

Episode 130 - Trial By Fire

It's been a hectic week in the good ole US of A and the social media/Internet is buzzing with the verdict of George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin. So what does Mark go and do? He brings in two of his more verbally astute guests to break down one of the most talk about trials in the past 20 years. First up is the FORMER MILITARY VETERAN (the joke never gets old) Jeremy Bailey to temper the blade of the next guest....Travis Cook. That's right!

Travis and Jeremy return for the first time together since their infamous Cook/Bailey debates. And Travis doesn't disappoint his Tea Party beliefs and backing regarding the trial of Zimmerman. The gentlemen discuss the ins and outs of the surrounding information and eventual NOT GUILTY verdict.

But why stop there, the state of Arizona has a nice little Solar Panel fiasco that has decided to rear its ugly head and it has Mark in a tizzy trying to figure out where this country is going when they allow people to save money, but when they save too much money, they start charging them again to offset the savings. Its capitalism at its worst and the discussion slowly transforms from that into Travis' discussion regarding his latest AEG episode called affectionately "SCREW THE POOR". Jeremy takes the bait and Travis/Jeremy begin a class war discussion for the history books.

Episode 126 - Bad Tomatoes

Well another show dawns on us and we grab Tony Kozina and Jeremy Bailey to jump on the old train for our weekly jaunt through life. After being silent on it for over a week (cause unlike conservatives, we try to wait until more facts are in about a specific topic or "conspiracy") Mark and the boys dive head first into the NSA surveillence situation. Discussing the "who's and what's" of whether the PATRIOT ACT is a good or bad thing (The LIBS tried tellign Bush it was a bad thing when he passed it during his presidency)....and all the good stuff associated with you losing your freedoms of privacy to keep you a littel safer.

Then the gears get switched when the men bring on Grae Drake from Rotten Tomatoes to discuss the huge movies of the summer and what is not being talked about. Grae answers a past show question and they all discuss the validity of M. Night Shyamalan as a director...and Mark beats Grae to the punch and teaches her something about a certain movie she didn't even realize. Definitely a heads up for great stuff coming out.

And finally the lover doctors are back as Tony Kozina decides to help out a young lady with a relationship problem and they all realize really fast that Tony truly is the love doctor or extremely versed in horrible relationships.

Episode 115 - Baptism by Fire

We've made it to 115 of these and the train just keeps barreling through life. On this episode Justin is taking a little vacation and Mark is joined by Tony Kozina and Jeremy Bailey to ponder those things which we don't speak of when Jeremy lets on early that he's having a weird day. This leads to a discussion about baptism and religion....and DRIVER ETTIQUETTE? After that, the conversation turns to the STL Comic Con that just came to town and Mark gives his review.

But the goodness doesn't end there, since the guys take on the #1 topic of the week in regards to the Supreme Court deciding on the Gay Marriage policy. This leads to a discussion about conservatives that hate the entire idea of gay marriage.

Also an interesting discussion about Internet policing and social media rules combined with law regarding emails rounds out the show.

The Q...taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!

Episode 112 - With Great Power

With Great Power, does come responsibility that some people are just not willing to take up. Such is a case with a nurse in California who lets a patient die because company policy and red tape (read as CONTRACTS) do not allow them to perform such task. Mark and Justing start the show off with a BANG discussing the rights and wrongs of this horrible situation. But then, COMIC CON is coming to St. Louis and The Q was incredibly excited to grab Jerry Milani to discuss some of the finer aspects of comic conventions and what to expect from the St. Louis one coming March 22-24th.

We also welcome Robb Davis to talk a little sports, but are overcome to find out how interested he was in discussing the death of William Moody (aka Paul Bearer) from the WWE. When we forgot to mention it in the sports segment, Robb goes out of his way to call back in and have us report on the famed wrestling managers career. Which, of course, leads to a discussion about favorite moments in Wrestling and everything else.

Episode 111 - Korean Devil's Advocate

NORTH KOREA wants to kill you and your family...and Mark Bland is here is to play devils advocate and question everyone else's dislike for the "hermit kingdom" including our own Justin Deming . Then Mark and Justin discuss the case of a student that tries to help his dad kick the habit and uses a unique way to get it done.

After arousing round of North Korea "ain't that bad after all"....Mark and Justin switch gears and are joined by Mr. AceFilms himself Anthony Cabral to discuss the Oscars, the big win for DDL in Abraham Lincoln "Vampire Hunter" and eventually a discussion on where this years Oscar fell on a 1-10 scale.

And finally, Mark pulls back the 4th wall and decide to discuss some listener hate mail that was, lets just say...extremely and overwhelmingly negative and coarse in its language. We couldn't even let this stay on the main show, we needed the uncensored aspect of the OVERTIME show to voice our opinions properly.

Episode 110 - Dave Millican

Oh what a fun show this has become! On this episode of the THE Q, Mark and Justin start off discussing Senators that can't keep it in their pants (Republicans....of course) and Child Rape Syndicates...also known to Justin as the Catholic church and how it affects the Popes decision to abdicate.

But then we turn this Sum B--ch sideways and talk with WWE and Championship Belt designer Dave Millican about THE ROCK (pictured) debuting his new design on live tv. Plus Dave goes into his beliefs on our own Justin and his full replica tattoo of the WWF Golden Wing Belt. Did he think Justin would have pulled it off, or did he think Justin was just full of it...listen and find out.

Finally we play a Joe Biden clip making its rounds on the internet when he takes a question from a obviously under educated individual about protecting themselves in the case of an emergency...Taking talk radio and turning it up to 11!
