After watching hours of Town Hall meetings and Black/White race relations programming on news channels throughout the country trying to capitalize on the popularity of a sad story....Mark Bland has decided that ENOUGH WEAK DISCUSSIONS IS ENOUGH. The world is not going to get anywhere until the people can be blatantly honest with each other when discussing the topic of black/white relations in the US since Civil Rights. So he put a call into two of his friends to come on the show and discuss not only race relations, but to also take up the flag of defense for 2 hours and defend the black culture. First Mark is joined by Corey "Slo-Down" Edwards a former member famed music group The St. Lunatics. Coming from the rough streets of Wellston,MO to touring the world and eating the best foods available, Corey has done it all and seen what its like to be pushed around and then have those same people want your autograph.
Next Mark is joined by Darryl Frierson, the host of Straight Outta Lo Cash and a civil activist. When it comes to discussing Black and White opinions, Mark and Darryl have gone round and round on both his show and The Q discussing these things. Darryl is extremely opinionated and has spent a majority of the time, as well as Slo-Down, down in the Ferguson area during the protests of the past few weeks.
This show is NOT AN EASY LISTEN. Parental Discretion is advised. There are very adult oriented subjects on this show and no punches are pulled. These men are here to discuss on behalf their cultures the true crux of the issue between the two races. Prejudices are on the surface and the discussion is very deep and pointed. Please do not go into this show lightly.
