So there is a group of terrorist in the world and they are letting themselves be known in grand fashion. They are known as Islamic State but the media calls them ISIS. They aren't taking prisoners and playing fair...they are playing for keeps. After beheading two journalist from the USA, the Q decideds to finally jump in and discuss this group and their reasons.
But the Q couldn't have this discussion without having someone of credible backing. And with that being said, the Polar Vortex Dan Walsh made his return after a month or two off to discuss being over in that part of the world and how ISIS should be viewed and what he thinks should be done.
And finally, after missing it on the last show, Mark decides to bring up the fact that Missouri has been ranked as one of the worst states to live in. Making the top 5, Mark, Lucy Mendez and Producer Bobby discuss why they think the state made the list this high. Specifically based off the attitude and actions of people in the St. Louis area as a whole. Then everyone breaksdown the 127 yr old lady from Meixco who is the oldest living person on earth. Amazing the things she has seen and lived through. The Q crew waxes the possible things.
All this and much more available on this episode of the award nominated radio show out of St. Louis MO.....The Q!

Well things are getting back to normal around the Q show, Lucy and Producer Bobby are back and then all of a sudden, Hurricane Rai Rai blows in. Rai Evans from the Lifetime TV show BAPs jumps in to talk about the tragic decision by Lifetime to cancel the TV series. But now that the show is technically "off", she pulls off the proverbial gloves and discusses her dislike for certain members of the cast.
This leads to Mark and Rai Rai having a very brazen and direct discussion about the MTV Video awards and the horrible performance and song decision by Beyonce on her lifetime achievment award. Rai Rai becomes the ultimate defender of Beyonce and things definitely get heated in the Studios of 1380 in STL. Rai Rai goes on the offensive and decides to challenge Mark's music taste.
Then for the 3rd week in a row, the town of Ferguson, MO rears its ugly head on the show as Mark, Bobby, Lucy and Rai Rai discuss Rai's involvement down in the riot area during the hottest moments of the sitaution. It's alright though, they don't beat the horse to death and just talk about race issues. Mark goes on a rant about "citizen journalist" and people claiming to be "indie journalist" when they aren't.
Finally, the show calms down a bit but they do letters from the listeners and Mark reads another awesome hate mail sent to him because of show 182. All this and much more on the Q!

NORTH KOREA wants to kill you and your family...and Mark Bland is here is to play devils advocate and question everyone else's dislike for the "hermit kingdom" including our own Justin Deming . Then Mark and Justin discuss the case of a student that tries to help his dad kick the habit and uses a unique way to get it done.
After arousing round of North Korea "ain't that bad after all"....Mark and Justin switch gears and are joined by Mr. AceFilms himself Anthony Cabral to discuss the Oscars, the big win for DDL in Abraham Lincoln "Vampire Hunter" and eventually a discussion on where this years Oscar fell on a 1-10 scale.
And finally, Mark pulls back the 4th wall and decide to discuss some listener hate mail that was, lets just say...extremely and overwhelmingly negative and coarse in its language. We couldn't even let this stay on the main show, we needed the uncensored aspect of the OVERTIME show to voice our opinions properly.
This is one ACTION PACKED episode of St. Louis greatest Moderate/Liberal radio export....The Q! Mark starts the show off discussing his winning of a Riverfront Times Web Award for 2013. After that, he is joined by his station general manager and reputed Conservative Steve Kaspar of Westplex Broadcasting to discuss the finer differences between Cons and Libs. After that it is off to the sports side with Robb Davis, the CBG (cracker behind the glass), to discuss Stan Musial's passing and SuperBOWL! Then we finish it all out with a special (yearly) visit from Tone Cabral of Ace Films to discuss his trip and time out at the Sundance Film Festival and what to look out for. All this fun and nowhere to run...taking talk radio and turning it up to 11! That's what we do!
