On this Pre-Xmas episode of the show the guys have a lot on their plate. First up is Danielle Muscato of Athiests.org to discuss all the billboards they put up in 5 major US cities proclaiming the need to skip church this holiday season. Danielle jumps in immediately explaining why the need for the billboards was necessary and the personal reasons of how she came to be atheist himself. But this doesn't sit well with Dan and he decides to chastize and tear into Danielle questioning the purpose for why the billboards are important in the first place. This leads to a longer discussion about homosexuality, racial inequality and atheism as it pertains to peoples feelings and Mark brings it right back around to circular FAKE OUTRAGE.
Next the guys are a big fan of St. Louis author D.J. Gelner and his amazing books of fantasy and sports. Well DJ has a new one called "Quantum Zoo" and comes on to catch up, talk about atheism and many other things that come to his mind...including zoos. He gets into a interesting discussion while on the Kenny Kinds HOTSEAT with Producer Bobby and has an all around good time.
This is exactly what you were expecting for the pre-Xmas show, so sit back relax and enjoy as you slowly walk towards those few days of Christmas Bliss!

Well Producer Bobby definitely let the cat out of the bag on this episode of The Q. When he gets a phone call about a champion wanting to come on the show, he jumps at the chance to surprise Mark and the team. But when the veil is lifted on the guest, it is none other than Dynamo Pro Champion Ricky Cruz! The bane of Mark's existence in the world of pro-wrestling.
Bland and Cruz immediately get off on a shaky start when their vitriol for each other is evident in their conversation. But Bland tries to push forward regardless of their dislike and discuss the upbringing and world of professional wrestling in Puerto Rico where Cruz hails from.
Then its time for business. Mark discusses the background of Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops and how he feels they are just fronts for a lifestyle as opposed to the go to spot for a specific need that you can't facilitate anywhere else. This leads to a discussion about hoosiers and their needs. Next up the peeps jump into discussing the recent city hall meeting that Ferguson held where people where up in arms about the situation regarding Mike Brown and the riots. You gotta hear where this goes.
Finally Mark, Dan, Ricky, Bobby and Lucy jump in head first into the Ray Rice domestic violence issue and how the NFL did or didn't do a good job handling the punishment of their athlete. But did Rice deserve the punishment in the first place? Was the NFL out of line for indefinitely suspending the Raven until further notice? And what about the fines/punishments levied against other NFL players in the past few years for potentially bigger or smaller (depending on your view) infractions.
All this and much, much more are waiting in this episode of THE Q!

So there is a group of terrorist in the world and they are letting themselves be known in grand fashion. They are known as Islamic State but the media calls them ISIS. They aren't taking prisoners and playing fair...they are playing for keeps. After beheading two journalist from the USA, the Q decideds to finally jump in and discuss this group and their reasons.
But the Q couldn't have this discussion without having someone of credible backing. And with that being said, the Polar Vortex Dan Walsh made his return after a month or two off to discuss being over in that part of the world and how ISIS should be viewed and what he thinks should be done.
And finally, after missing it on the last show, Mark decides to bring up the fact that Missouri has been ranked as one of the worst states to live in. Making the top 5, Mark, Lucy Mendez and Producer Bobby discuss why they think the state made the list this high. Specifically based off the attitude and actions of people in the St. Louis area as a whole. Then everyone breaksdown the 127 yr old lady from Meixco who is the oldest living person on earth. Amazing the things she has seen and lived through. The Q crew waxes the possible things.
All this and much more available on this episode of the award nominated radio show out of St. Louis MO.....The Q!

Race relations are huge topic on the minds of everyone in the US during these two volatile weeks in Ferguson, MO after the shooting death of a young man by a police officer. But that's where all the other media outlets stop and The Q starts.
After watching hours of Town Hall meetings and Black/White race relations programming on news channels throughout the country trying to capitalize on the popularity of a sad story....Mark Bland has decided that ENOUGH WEAK DISCUSSIONS IS ENOUGH. The world is not going to get anywhere until the people can be blatantly honest with each other when discussing the topic of black/white relations in the US since Civil Rights. So he put a call into two of his friends to come on the show and discuss not only race relations, but to also take up the flag of defense for 2 hours and defend the black culture. First Mark is joined by Corey "Slo-Down" Edwards a former member famed music group The St. Lunatics. Coming from the rough streets of Wellston,MO to touring the world and eating the best foods available, Corey has done it all and seen what its like to be pushed around and then have those same people want your autograph.
Next Mark is joined by Darryl Frierson, the host of Straight Outta Lo Cash and a civil activist. When it comes to discussing Black and White opinions, Mark and Darryl have gone round and round on both his show and The Q discussing these things. Darryl is extremely opinionated and has spent a majority of the time, as well as Slo-Down, down in the Ferguson area during the protests of the past few weeks.
This show is NOT AN EASY LISTEN. Parental Discretion is advised. There are very adult oriented subjects on this show and no punches are pulled. These men are here to discuss on behalf their cultures the true crux of the issue between the two races. Prejudices are on the surface and the discussion is very deep and pointed. Please do not go into this show lightly.

He's BACK! Travis Cook and his ultra conservativeness decide to grace the Q with its presence once again. After months of being banned from the show for claiming he wants to hang the president from a tree.....he's shows back up to start where he left off.
First the guys.....well lets just say.... things quickly fall to bad as Mark and Travis start discussing his cheating attempts with Dynamo Pro to win the tag team titles. This eventually devolves into a yelling fit between Mark and Travis regarding his political positioning and his hatred for President Obama.
After a cool down period...Mark, producer Bobby, Dan Walsh and Travis get back into the swing of the show. The Olympics are going on and Mark wants to know if the winter or summer olympics is everyone's forte. This leads to some talk about what sports can be killed off from the events.
Next the topic of federal rights verse states right comes up regarding guns and an attempt at a law in Missouri to override federal laws regulating them. This starts off a discussion of whether states rights or federal rights came first and a little history lesson from Dan Walsh....booyah!
From there it is a hodge podge of conspiracy discussion (as it always is every time a conservative is allowed to talk) and current event stories to talk about amongst equals. Also a great round of GAME ON/GAME OFF with Travis Cook actually supplying one of the more interesting Game Off's we have ever had!
Finally a little Overtime where we have the best advice story we have ever read on air and the newest Tournament of Pop Culture: Best Will Ferrell Performance. A must listen to overtime if you are a fan of Will Ferrell.
